Urgent Care Visit - Tier 1

$120- Includes - Examination by provider and up to 2 (two) of the Following (IN-HOUSE) tests: Strep, Urinalysis, Mono-Spot, Urine Pregnancy, BV Swab, blood glucose check (finger stick)

Urgent Care Visit - Tier 2

$199- Includes - Tier 1 options plus any in-house injectable medications, ear irrigation/ear wax removal, EKG, eye examination that includes staining/flushing, IV hydration therapy, nebulizer treatment , X-rays, rapid covid antigen test , rapid influenza (A & B) Tests (Excludes Vaccines)

Urgent Care Visit - Tier 3

$249 - Includes physical exam by provider plus a procedure such as: Laceration repair, I&D, Toe Nail Removal, Fiberglass Splinting, Nail trephination
